for signing up as an artist or workshop provider and for your profile at STRIKE · as of 28 Oct 2026

1. What this is about

These terms apply to the sign-up form and to your profile at STRIKE, meaning your artist page and your DIGI RAUM. The operator is the provider named in the legal notice.

They don’t cover bookings. Those are governed by the partner agreement (section 5).

2. Signing up

Signing up and your profile are free of charge.

You fill in the required details and upload 8 photos. You’ll then receive an email with a confirmation link. Your sign-up only reaches us once you click it.

Your details must be correct. You may only sign up for yourself, or for someone who has authorized you to do so.

3. Review and approval

We review every sign-up before anything goes online. We decide whether to approve a profile. There is no entitlement to publication.

We take a profile offline if details are false, third-party rights are infringed, content breaks the law or you breach these terms. We’ll tell you the reason by email.

4. Your profile

From your details and photos, STRIKE creates your artist page and your DIGI RAUM in a consistent, neutral design.

Your photos are cropped to the 4:3 landscape format. Beyond that, we don’t edit them.

Your first and last name and your email address are not published.

5. Partner agreement and bookings

1 to 2 days after your profile goes online, we’ll send you the partner agreement. You then have 7 days to send it back signed.

We only accept bookings once we have the signed agreement. Until then, your profile only shows you, without a booking option.

We won’t need your address and tax details until the partner agreement.

6. Rights to pictures and texts

You only upload pictures, texts and video links that you own the rights to or have permission to use.

Everyone shown in your photos has agreed to their publication. For children and teenagers, their parents have agreed.

You allow STRIKE to show your details, pictures and texts in your profile. The rights remain with you.

We only use them outside your profile, for example on social media or flyers, if you ticked the optional box in the form. You can withdraw this at any time by email.

7. Changes and deletion

You can change your profile at any time. We review every change before it goes online.

If you’d like your profile deleted, write to info@strike-art-artist.com. We’ll then remove it from our website within 30 days.

8. Reporting illegal content

If you find content on a profile that breaks the law or infringes someone else’s rights, please report it to info@strike-art-artist.com.

9. Liability

You are responsible for the content of your profile. STRIKE is only liable for damages in cases of intent or gross negligence. For injury to life, body or health, we are liable in accordance with the statutory provisions.

10. Privacy and applicable law

How we handle your data is set out in the privacy policy (in German).

German law applies. If we change these terms, we’ll let you know by email in advance.
